About AlgoMerit

A free coding-talent platform: candidates build a profile, recruiters search it — no cost, for either side.

Candidates build a resume, study a curated Interview Bank (Java/SQL/Algorithms/MCQ), link their GitHub repos and LeetCode/Codeforces activity, and get a profile score based on those signals — never self-declared. Recruiters search and filter candidates by skill and profile signals, shortlist promising candidates, and contact them directly, for free. Admins manage users, roles, and the Interview Bank content.

We're free while we prove the model. We'll only start charging recruiters a placement fee once real hires happen through AlgoMerit — no subscription, no upfront cost.
